So no one answered me about Darkseid's mysterious daughter. Also is this overreacting? I was talking to my friend and she normally is never seen in a dress, so I asked if I could see. She said no, and I asked once more but that made her mad and she refuses to speak to me anymore and put up an angry rant about people not taking no for an answer. Now my thoughts are, if I had asked several more times she'd be in the right, but I only asked a second time. Seems to be a lot of anger over nothing. I'm pretty sure none of us really read DC. That's not true. You read Smallville! I read Wonder Woman and um ... other stuff. edit: TOMORROW IS FRIDAY!!!! TUMIF We've only been back for two weeks and these guys are already starting to drive me up the wall.

Thanos has a daughter named Gamora. This was covered in the GotG movie so now everybody knows. In The New 52 Darkseid has a daughter.

• I read some DC but I'm not what you'd call a regular reader. • Me and my girlfriend looked after my three year-old nephew yesterday. It was sooooo nice. He's such a smart, beautiful boy. If I had the money I'd have ten kids!! • Serious question. Does Fox News actually report any factual news, or is it just opinionated rubbish? Everything on there is a profoundly disgusting display of propaganda, bigotry views, vanity, ignorance and arrogance times a million. And all it does is further expose a profoundly sick culture of television. It's like the presenters are celebrity/gossip magazine journalists instead of actual News presenters. Where's the sense of professionalism? It's literally like they take pride in being completely manipulative, cruel and just so gosh darn wrong about everything. How can anyone take so much pride in being so wrong about everything they say? It's just discriminatory, ignorant bias after discriminatory, ignorant bias. Never in my life have I witnessed such atrocity. Seriously. I'm gobsmacked. All I can do is take comfort in the fact that they're so terrified by people like Stephen Fry, Russell Brand and George Galloway exposing them, whilst they don't realise that they're actually exposing themselves by attempting to expose the celebrities that expose them, by diverting away from the issues they bring up. Do people actually listen to this bulls**t? I can't believe it's gotten this bad. I'm not angry anymore, but watching Fox News is a very frustrating experience. It's disgusting. • I haven't watched any Attack on Titan in almost two weeks! I can't wait to plunge back into it's incredible awe-inspiring awesomeness. • TGS in two weeks!! "Reports" are flooding in everywhere that the Final Fantasy VII Remake will get an officially confirmed announcement on the 18th. I honestly believe it's going to happen this time. I know " reported information" isn't usually correct, but there's been a great deal from lots of apparently reliable sources lately, so I'm hopeful. • If you don't own a current-gen games console or a really powerful PC and you're not planning on getting one soon even though you love gaming, I feel sorry for you because DEEP DOWN's gameplay is the stuff of dreams. It's time for gamers everywhere to play exactly what they've always dreamt about (except virtual reality :/ ) and it's this generation of gaming that CAN and WILL make those gaming dreams come true (except for virtual reality :/ ). • I'm going to post some really awesome gameplay videos now. There'll be a few. I'm sorry but this forum only allows one video per post. But this is the future of gaming so it's sufficient. This is Deep Down. A third-person view dungeon crawler and a hardcore RPG/Action hybrid. You're a dragon slayer. This is all in-game footage. Sorry that it's all in Japanese.

The Last Us is testament to the fact that Naughty Dog are amazing at making excellent shooters with incredible stories. The Last of Us has one of the best endings I've played. And as a whole it's one of the best games I've played in recent years.

Bioshock: Infinite was my favourite game of 2013, but if I had played The Last of Us, I'm sure that would have taken it's place. What I love about the The Last of Us ending is that it wasn't a happy or sad ending, and everyone was pretty confused as to whether they liked it or not.

Bioshock: Infinite was my favourite game of 2013, Our tastes in gaming are strikingly similar. Before you posted that I was literally just pondering on which I prefer, The Last of Us or Bioshock: Infinite. Those two are my favourite games on PS3, definitely, with Elder Scrolls V: SKYRIM possibly coming in third. I think what's perhaps the best plot element one can provide for a story is moral ambiguity. It's why The Walking Dead, Utopia and Breaking Bad are some of my favourite TV series'. Moral logic vs the more logical survival logic, making the viewer/reader/gamer question their own ethics, logic and rationale.. The best I've seen it done is in Utopia. That really makes you question your own thinking. So clever. What I love about the ending of The Last of Us is that you're passionately supportive of Joel's decision, even though he's wrong. Personally, I think it's the most inventive plot device one can use in fiction. It tricks you with your own emotion responses. And now I'm hooked. I can't wait for The Last of Us 2.

I see it as that Joel didn't care about humanity. Humans killed his daughter, and Joel no longer cared about the world, because Ellie was his world.

Have you played the Burial at Sea DLC for Bioshock: Infinite? No, I haven't. Have you? Is it good? I've played episode one, but not two. I enjoyed it. It's set in Rapture. There's also a new vigor/plasmid called Old Man Winter which shoots ice. Not much happens in the first DLC, but by the end of the second DLC, both Bioshock: Infinite and the original Bioshock have their stories tie-in to each other, and come to a close.

I just looked up the story of the DLC on Wikipedia. Wow. That's mental. I'll dig out my PS3 from my cupboard and download it. I really hope we get a movie some day. I know there was going to be but movie studios don't want to take the chance, with the financial risk it would be in visually capturing the extraordinary worlds of places like Rapture and Columbus, when so many videogame to movie projects have flopped. It's a shame because I think it would be a huge success. I'd like an animated movie at least. More people need to experience it's crazy genius. Here are some concept images that were from the (cancelled) Bioshock movie. www.comicbookmovie.com/fansites/nailbiter111/news/?a=92868What's going to be the new setting for the next Bioshock game? Underground? In space? On Mars? Underground on Mars?.. Unfortunately, the developer, Irrational Games went bust earlier this year. Bioshock publisher, 2K Games still owns the franchise, and promises that Bioshock will eventually be back with a new developer at the helm. gamerant.com/bioshock-sequel-2k-games-irrational-new-setting/

Games don't usually translate well to the big screen, although it would be cool to see a Big Daddy on the big screen. Also, I'm not happy about 2K still having the IP. Bioshock was Irrational's IP, and it would be hard to see anyone else making a Bioshock game, but I'm open to it.

Bioshock was Irrational's IP, and it would be hard to see anyone else making a Bioshock game, but I'm open to it. Yeah, it will be difficult for 2K to find a developer as good as Irrational Games. Hopefully some of the staff will be moved over. I can't imagine a whole new team developing it and I really hope some of the old team stay on. Thing is about publishers though is that they own the property. Like comic book publishers and movie studios, they're mainly extremely wealthy businesses that provide funding and resources for a developer/writer/director to make a creative project and buy and own the creative rights in return. That's the financial world for you. But Sony are now doing something truly extraordinary in the gaming world. They're allowing all developers who come to make a game exclusively for PS4 to self publish their own games, whilst providing them with resources. This is huge. Every developer in the world is going to want this. Well, at least all the ones that don't have a publisher already owning their games. Sony don't want to own game franchises. They just want the contract exclusives. And at the same time, they're revolutionising and radically altering the publishing world of gaming, which is arguably the most lucrative industry in the world. And there's no doubt that all creative developers want to own their own licences. But 2K certainly aren't going to sell off their Bioshock franchise. Irrational may have made the Bioshock franchise and come up with it, but it's not their game. It happens all the time. Thankfully though, most games publishers are very supportive of their developers most of the time, and give them lots of time and resources. It's just a shame 2K didn't help Irrational Games stay afloat. Konami would never do something like that to Kojima Games. There's still plenty I don't understand about the gaming industry though. Why hasn't anybody picked up the rights to Time Splitters yet??
